David Clark, DDS & Taras Konanec, DDS

Dr. David Clark is the director of Bioclear Learning Centers International. He holds 36 patents internationally integral to the Bioclear Method and Bioclear Matrix System. Dr. Clark has developed the Bioclear Matrix System that promises a real advancement for placement of biologically appropriate, esthetically pleasing direct composite restorations for treating minimally invasive Class II preparations, diastema closure, and black triangle elimination combined with papilla regeneration, and traditional anterior composites.
He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry and maintains a private practice in Tacoma, WA.

Dr. Taras Konanec graduated from McGill University Faculty of Dentistry in 1997 and has been recognized as one of the Three Best Rated Cosmetic Dentists in Montreal from 2021–2025. A Bioclear and Biomimetic dentistry expert, he specializes in closing gaps, treating black triangles, and preserving natural tooth structure using minimally invasive techniques.
Dr. Konanec has 25 years of teaching experience at McGill, where he is Assistant Professor and Director of the Restorative Department. He also teaches the Bioclear Method nationally, helping dentists master modern, conservative restorative techniques with precision and care.
